Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, including change-of-mind returns. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged gym wear cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.

Refunds

İade edilen ürün incelenmesinden sonraki 4–7 iş günü içinde iade işlemleri yapılır. İade işleminiz tamamlandığında size bildirim verilecektir.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photo proof. We will resolve the issue promptly.
